Today I took Kiahna and we went out on an adventure… We drove around looking at the beautiful snow & taking pictures. We only got stuck twice! Both in my parent’s driveway!

These are examples of collage’s that your photos could be put into. I am working on building new ones, at the rate of about one per photo session, so I may be designing another one for your photos! Feel free to choose any of the following for your photos also.
Sizes listed are the recommended sizes. Ordering the storyboard collage’s in sizes other than the recommended may not give the effect you are looking for.
Buyer must be aware that portions of their storyboard could be cropped off if they order in a size ratio other than what is listed. Buyer must also be aware that writing may be too small to read if print is ordered smaller than recommended.
I cannot be responsible for mis-spelled words in storyboard collages. Every attempt will be made by me to make sure all is correct. Please, please, please check very carefully for mis-spellings before approving a storyboard order.

Digital Images:
Included with your photo session are up to 15 low-resolution, watermarked, web size files. These files are for web use only. Copyrights belong to Moments by Pam & credit must be given when used. Files may be received by disc, email, or on Face*book.
$300: DVD of each edited file viewed on Zenfolio. These are high resolution files. Want to make your own prints & own the rights to your photos? This dvd is available only after a sitting fee has been paid. Recommendations can be made for quality labs for you to send your files for printing.
Purchase 1-9 high resolution files for $25 each.
Purchase 5 files for $100.
These files include the printing rights & printing instructions.

Newborn sessions are $65.00.
Sessions are considered “booked” when the session fee is paid and the contract is returned to me.
* Newborn Sessions are taken in your home or other location of your choosing. Includes 1-3 hours of photograph time. Newborn photo sessions are some of the most precious & challenging photos to capture. You will be so glad you chose to have a newborn session!
* Newborn shoots are scheduled in the first 7-14 days of the babies life.
* If possible schedule shoot around time when baby is usually sleepy. We want him or her to sleep as much as possible during our shoot.
* Make sure baby eats as close to the session time as possible (it's best if he's finishing up shortly after I arrive if possible). we want him or her to be nice and sleepy.
* Due to the frequent breaks needed to feed, change, sooth and get baby to fall asleep, newborn shoots often last longer than the average session. Please be prepared for your shoot to last anywhere between 1 and 3 hours.
* Be patient and remain calm. If baby is cranky and not cooperating please do not worry. We have plenty of time to allow him/her to get comfortable. If you are stressed baby can feel it!
* Since baby will be undressed for the majority of pictures (unless otherwise requested) we want to make the room as comfortable as possible for him/her. Please turn up your heat a few minutes before I arrive. For your comfort, you may want to wear shorts and a tank during the pictures you are not in.
* If baby needs to nurse, have a bottle or a diaper change we can take a break at any time... We are working on baby time!
* Have some special mementos ready for the shoot. (ie: handmade blanky from grandma, knitted caps, booties etc.) These are great for making babies 1st pictures even more personalized and special.
* Details - I will often do images of babies little hands and feet. These will look best if his or her nails are trimmed and clean, check specifically for sock lint. Also, please be ready to help me keep an eye on your little ones face to ensure boogies or a sleepy do not appear in our portraits.
* Have tidy rooms. Many of baby's pictures will be on a backdrop by a window or door but lighting permitting we may also want to do some shots in baby's room, parents' room or living room etc. Please be prepared and have your home looking the way you would want it to look in pictures just in case. I realize you did just have a baby, so PLEASE don’t let this stress you out.
*Be ready for pee! I don't need to tell you that newborns pee a lot. Unfortunately, we may get peed on. Have a backup change of clothes ready yourself in the event that this does occur. Especially if you are in some of the pictures.
* Lotion baby up before the photo shoot to avoid flaky skin.
* Clothing for mom and dad - Simple is typically best. Wear clothing that flatters your figure. Black or white often works well. If possible please have a black shirt handy, I will use these in some baby poses were mom or dad holds the baby but is not in that particular shot.
* Minimize distractions - Please limit the amount of people present at the shoot to those who are being photographed so that there are less distractions for baby.
*Absolutely NO cameras at shoot besides mine. It is extremely distracting to both myself and those being photographed.
When photographing children & families I offer 2 options.
Mini Session: $50. This is an on-location session including up to one hour of photography time for up to 3 people. It includes 15-20 edited proofs.
Large Session: $100 This session will give us up to 2 hours of on-location photography time. This is a package for up to 6 people. $15 charge for each additional person. There will be 20-40 edited proofs for you to choose from online.

* I am so excited to be photographing your family and children! I want us all to relax at your session. I want you to enjoy the fact that I am capturing real life for you. Smiles, expressions, emotion- that you want to remember forever. It is my hope that when we are done, you and your children are happy & loved the time we had together!
* Plenty of time will be given to capture great photos of your family, even if it means taking a break to allow for feeding or snacking. Feel free to bring along a snack for your child. (sometimes some of the cutest pictures are eating!)
* On-location means that I photograph you in your favorite places such as your yard, backyard pool, favorite park, etc. Whenever possible, I try to shoot in the early morning or evening during the “sweet light” time of day. I can also help with ideas for a location if needed. Here is a list of some of the great spots we’ve been. If time allows we can even go to more than one of these locations.
* Many times I can get more genuine reactions of your children if you stroll away from the photo-taking. I will sing, dance, do whatever it takes to get your child to show me that great smile and laughter. Sometimes when parents are right there, the children “clam-up” into that “say cheese” mode, which I try to avoid whenever possible.
* If there is something sentimental that you would like in some photos, like a special blanket, toy or outfit, I would love to capture that in a few photos. They add spirit to your child’s photographs. If it an item that you suspect your child may have a hard time giving up once they have it in the photos, we will bring that item out at the end of the shoot.
* What should you wear? Your child may have a couple items of clothing that they want to wear everyday (like cowboy boots and a Superman cape). If this is something that you would like to remember, those should be part of a few photos. I also allow a couple clothing changes for your little ones. For family shoots, it always looks great if you are all coordinating, but that doesn’t mean matching. Unless, of course, that is what you want. Things to avoid: logo shirts and bold/conflicting patterns. I would be happy to consult with you on some clothing options. More information on what to wear will be found here.
* Please be aware that your child (or you) may get dirty during our time together. I may offer your child a candy, apple or other food item, or balloon for photo effects & fun pictures. Please make me aware of any potential allergies before hand.
* Please bring bug spray or sunscreen if you think it may been needed during the photo session.
* I know you will want your images as soon as possible. Your proofs will be available within 2-3 weeks of your session. From there you will have 7 days to place your initial order for a 10% discount. Your files will be deleted from my computer after 30 days & no more changes can be made to your proofs. Your online gallery will be available indefinitely, but is not guaranteed on Zenfolio, after 30 days. No more changes will be made to the proofs.
* Absolutely no cameras besides mine will be allowed at the photo shoots. This is extremely distracting to myself and to the children.
